WHO I AM

I’m Ben Holland. I spent ten years as a quantity surveyor in New Zealand construction — high-end homes from NZ$14m to NZ$35m and multi-storey developments up to NZ$60m — running project information and commercial administration and leading company-wide Procore rollouts.
That background means I read RFIs, drawings and contract instructions as commercial events, not just records passing through a system. Each one carries a cost, a programme effect, and a list of trades and suppliers who need it before anything is priced, ordered or fabricated against a superseded revision. Whether you need an implementation, an information manager embedded on a live job, or a clean project close-out, I bring structure to the work without adding complexity.
